Full body workout at home


A full body drill at home can be done with minimum outfit, using bodyweight exercises similar as drive- ups, syllables, lunges, and planks. Then's a sample drill that can be done at home

Warm-up 5- 10 twinkles of light cardio, similar as jogging in place or jumping jacks.

Push- ups 3 sets of 12 reps

syllables 3 sets of 12 reps

Planks 3 sets

of 30-alternate holds

Tricep dips 3 sets of 12 reps

Sit- ups 3 sets of 12 reps

Jumping jacks 3 sets of 12 reps

Cool- down 5- 10 twinkles of stretching.

It's important to note that it's always a good idea to consult a croaker
